I had another dream. My dream was about my son and his first girlfriend. We were at her house with her relatives. They were very nice to us. In my dream, my son and his ex were trying to reconcile. But she was somehow hesitant. She wanted to reconcile, but because of the hurt feelings my son had caused her, it was difficult for her to make the decision whether to take him back or not. In my dream, I was hoping that they would. While waiting for her decision, I was reminded of having an appointment with the bank to close our escrow on a house that we were buying. The house was not very far from where my son's ex was living. When I went to the bank, they wanted a cashier check from me instead of a personal check. I pointed out that they accepted before a personal check from my husband when we started the escrow transaction. The bank said, this time they need a cashier check. I told her I have to go to my bank to obtain a cashier check and would mean a delay in closing. I wanted so much to move in to the new house already, thinking that it would expedite my son's ex to make a decision in the matter concerning my son. The bank and I were back and forth about the means of obtaining funds from us. Finally, I agreed to get the cashier check. They gave me an amount they need-- $30,000.00.
On the way to the bank, I started thinking that if my son goes back with his ex, I would not get to know the grandson I have now. In my dream, I realized as I was driving to my bank, that my son is married and there's no way that his ex and him will get back together.
That was a weird dream. I was not even thinking of my son's ex for a long time now. In my dream, she looked exactly the same from the last time I saw her. My son was a lot younger, too.
