  • *made this today for brunch, nutrient-dense food. Full of protein, complex carbs, whole grain, lots of fiber, omega 3 fatty acids. It's best for your body.

    *accomplished today a 3.34 miles, 305 calories and 65 minutes on my treadmill. haven't done this for a while. I started working out again April this year; and hopefully I can keep it up. The difference this time is I've been on my treadmill almost everyday.

    *I've been working out on and off throughout my lifetime. There are so many things I've learned this time around. One of them is I do not have to push myself on my workout, as long as I can do it most of the week, I don't have to do a 3 mile walk each time. Just by doing it everyday is enough for my health. Another one that I have learned is I really need to incorporate eating healthy. Eating foods that are good for my body- lots of plant-based foods. When I eat this type of foods I don't feel hungry or deprived.
